Currently, all utilities are the resident's responsibility, so they’re not included in your rent.
Setting up utilities is simple! For electricity, you’ll want to contact City of Naperville. All other utilities are managed through Conservice and will be applied to your ledger.
You can use Xfinity, AT&T, and Astound Broadband for internet and cable services.
Amenities
The property offers several amenities, including a clubroom with Wi-Fi, a TV, and a game table; a pool with an updated sundeck; a new grilling station on the sundeck; laundry rooms in each building; and free parking on a first-come, first-served basis.

Our community is unique due to its location just 8 minutes from historic downtown Naperville, which offers a variety of restaurants, local shops, and nightlife. Our spacious apartments feature large closets and on-site laundry rooms, adding to the convenience and comfort of living here.

The nearest grocery stores and shopping centers include Downtown Naperville, Mariano's, Trader Joe's at Naperville Plaza Shopping Center, Fox Valley Mall, and The Promenade Bolingbrook, all within a short drive.
Maintenance
Yes, we do! Our on-site maintenance team is here to help with any issues that may arise.
For non-emergency work orders, please use the resident portal or mobile app. You can also call the office during business hours. For emergencies, call the office number and select option '3' to reach emergency maintenance.
No, you don’t need to be present for the service technician to complete the work, unless a minor is home alone.
